The Professional Services Management Association is a select group of several hundred executives who lead their A/E/P and Environmental Services firms as the CEO or top Finance, Marketing, Human Resources, Information Technology or Operations professional manager. Often the firm's managing principal wears several or all of these hats. Management consultants to A/E/P and Environmental Services firms are valued and contributing PSMA members.

PSMA exists solely to help solve three of its members problems:

PSMA holds a 3-day annual forum crammed with multiple-choice sessions crafted around the proven ways our members have gained and applied business skills and knowledge.

• large group presentations by recognized national experts on problems currently affecting A/E/P firms
• small group forums so members can share their experiences on specified topics and—perhaps more importantly—build long-term relationships with other managers of A/E/P firms in different parts of the country so the exchange of information can continue year-round.
